Key Tasks

Perform the evaluation, investigation, and documentation of customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Receive, process, evaluate and log RMA claims related to customer complaints.

Assist with the evaluation, investigation, and documentation of nonconforming material reports as needed.

Works on assignments requiring considerable judgment and initiative. Understands implications of work and makes recommendations for solutions.

Determines methods and procedures on new assignments. May be informal team leader.

Assist in document control, process control, and quality system record-keeping activities.

Assist in the creation and implementation of new standard work. (Creating directions, procedures, and instructions for certain work assignments.)

Maintain accuracy of standard work documents without supervision.

Maintain a clean and safe work area and awareness of surroundings.

Work as a team and maintain professionalism at all levels in the organization.

Skilled in supporting all quality, safety, and environmental programs.

Your Background

High school diploma or GED.

Full build experience and knowledge of all chair models and components.

2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or assembly line environment.

Typically requires a minimum of 7+ years of related experience. Typically requires a general education, vocational training and/or on-the-job training

Proficiency in the English language (written and oral).

Ability to understand and follow work instructions and drawings.

Strong reading, writing and math abilities.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Basic computer skills, including Excel, Access, Word, and Adobe Acrobat; knowledge of Syspro preferred.

Additional Information

Salary:
Hourly rate of $21.00 per hour, paid bi-weekly.

Schedule:
Monday – Thursday, 5:00am – 3:30pm with OT possibilities.

Vacation or

PTO:

During initial year of employment: Up to 80 hours of vacation, which will be prorated based upon start date.

After initial year of employment, earn 136 vacation hours.

Sick Time:

Per Washington State law, one hour of sick time for every 40 hours worked, with the ability to roll over up to 144 hours into the next year.
