Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Laboratory Technician to join our team at RN-Staff. As a Medical Laboratory Technician, you will play a critical role in the diagnosis and treatment of patients by performing laboratory tests and analyzing results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform laboratory tests and procedures, including blood banking, urinalysis, and microbiology
  • Analyze test results and report findings to healthcare professionals
  • Operate and maintain specialized equipment, including Cobas, Sysmex, and Stago
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure accurate and timely test results
  • Participate in quality control and quality assurance activities to ensure laboratory accuracy and reliability
Requirements
  • Current license as a Medical Laboratory Technician
  • National MLT license
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
