Now Hiring: Kinship Support Specialist
Are you a rockstar with a Bachelor's degree in social work or a related field and at least two years' experience working with children and families? If yes, we are looking for you to join our team at Blueprints as a Kinship Support Specialist.
- Maintain contact with County Children and Youth Services and private providers involved with the program
- Attend court hearings and meetings related to job duties
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations, professional credentialing standards, agency policies, and contracts
- Collaborate with community resources and update Kinship Caregiver handbook as needed
- Build relationships with businesses, social service agencies, and other organizations within the communities served
- Complete all Kinship Supports Intervention model responsibilities
