You will serve as a Program Analyst (Senior) serves as the established expert performing research to gain and formalize information for a project or program.

You will assist in performing research to gain and formalize information for a project or program.

You will collaborate and resolve issues across many functional and technical areas such as test and evaluation, engineering, production procurement, user requirements, contract requirements, delivery, support, and sustainment.

You will develop methodology to conduct analytic assessments in accordance with developed and published products plans such as integrated master plans and schedules.

You will report status of project or program by developing and establishing metrics that support assessment and management.

You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.

You will be required to complete ethics orientation within three months of appointment and submit a Confidential Financial Disclosure Report, OGE-450, within 30 days of appointment.

This is a Drug Testing Designated Position. You will be subject to random testing.

Qualifications


Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or NO-02 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.


Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:


Performing research and analysis; developing metrics that support assessment and management of projects and/or programs; resolving complex issues; and formalizing information across many functional and technical areas (e.g., test and evaluation, engineering, production, procurement, user requirements, contract requirements, delivery, support, and sustainment) for each phase of the acquisition life cycle.
