**Job Summary/Purpose:**:The Gemini 3 Group (G3G) is seeking a full-time Program Analyst I to support a valued Department of Defense (DoD) customer. **This position is contingent upon contract award.**:

**Essential Responsibilities/Functions**:

- Provide general administrative and business operations support.
- Perform clerical duties.
- Follow reporting systems including systems specifications, data gathering and analytical techniques, and system evaluation methodology.
- Assist with the development and maintenance of program documentation and technical reports, conduct assessments, and communicate results.
- Contribute to the evaluation, analysis, and development of recommended solutions.
- Monitor program progress and customer satisfaction.
- Provide periodic status reports as needed.
- Facilitate efficient communication and program support between the client and external agencies.
- Prepare program correspondence as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**Knowledge/Skills/Abilities**:

- Ability to communicate well, both orally and in writing.
- Ability to produce documents with mínimal errors is highly desired.
- Excellent capability with Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
- Able to work within multi-functional teams.

**Required Education, Licenses and Certifications**:

- High School Diploma required.
