Program Analyst I (Stafford, VA)

Job Title:Program Analyst ILocation:Stafford, VAJob Summary/Purpose:The Gemini 3 Group (G3G) is seeking a full-time Program Analyst I to support a valued Department of Defense (DoD) customer.This position is contingent upon contract award.G3G strives to provide superior quality and unparalleled customer service in all aspects of our business. It is our goal to provide our employees with a work environment that promotes professional and personal fulfillment, career development, and job enrichment.Essential Responsibilities/Functions: Provide general administrative and business operations support. Perform clerical duties. Follow reporting systems including systems specifications, data gathering and analytical techniques, and system evaluation methodology. Assist with the development and maintenance of program documentation and technical reports, conduct assessments, and communicate results. Contribute to the evaluation, analysis, and development of recommended solutions. Monitor program progress and customer satisfaction. Provide periodic status reports as needed. Facilitate efficient communication and program support between the client and external agencies. Prepare program correspondence as needed. Perform other duties as assigned.Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Ability to communicate well, both orally and in writing. Ability to produce documents with minimal errors is highly desired. Excellent capability with Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
