ABOUT THE ROLE:
This position plays a crucial role in building and managing contracts within Epic, ensuring accurate reimbursements and supporting financial analysis.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support senior analysts in creating and maintaining hospital, professional, and ASC contracts in Epic (40% of time)
- Manage underpayment AR for assigned payors to recover on underpaid accounts (25% of time)
- Collaborate with Revenue Cycle and Finance Teams for contract building and analysis (25% of time)
- Assist in performing analyses for reimbursement impact assessment (10% of time)
- Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associate's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or a related field
- Experience in finance, contracting, or data analysis
- Epic Expected Reimbursement Contracts Certification (to be obtained within 6 months of hire)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Strong analytical skills to interpret various data sets
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience with healthcare contracts and R, Python, or other statistical tools a plus
- Knowledge of healthcare industry reimbursement methodologies and clinical operations
