Job Description:
  • Manage pre-award and post-award functions for sponsored funds
  • Prepare proposals, develop budgets, maintain accounts, and ensure compliance
  • Work independently on grants/contracts of varying complexities
  • Collaborate with faculty, staff, and research administration for grant submissions
  • Review project proposals and budgets for accuracy and compliance
  • Ensure timely and accurate grant submissions and communications
  • Coordinate award setup and post-award responsibilities
  • Handle award management activities and provide oversight
  • Manage grants/contracts from NIH, NSF, DOD, NASA, and more
Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Two years of administrative/budgeting experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Four years of experience in sponsored research or financial roles
Additional Information:
  • Location: Hybrid/Homewood Campus
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
