About the Position

Join our expanding team in the USA as a Salesperson at Redox. If you are a motivated individual looking to advance your career in a dynamic sales environment, this role based in Lakewood, California, offers the opportunity to represent Redox and drive business growth in the South East region.

Responsibilities

- Develop new business opportunities and nurture existing customer relationships in the South East
- Identify and introduce new products to the market across the USA
- Set ambitious sales targets for the region and lead the sales team to achieve them

Requirements
  • Demonstrated success in new business development within chemical, ingredients, or fertilizer industries
  • Experience in scouting and presenting innovative technologies and market trends
  • Self-driven, sales-oriented, and adept at working in diverse environments
  • Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders and maintain strong professional relationships
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong sales background
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales within relevant industries
  • Initially remote work with potential relocation to a new sales office
