Minimum Education:

  • Associate degree; bachelor's preferred

Required Experience (3+ yr.)

  • Training, coaching, motivating, counseling, and evaluating the performance of manufacturing employees.
  • Team management
  • Knowledge and understanding of ISO9001.
  • Supervisor experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Planning shift assignments and equipment maintenance based on production schedule to ensure maximum uptime.
  • Supervising production assembly activities in a cleanroom environment.
  • Supervising a production team to ensure quality and safety procedures are followed and manufacturing output results in an efficiency rate established by the organization.
  • Reviewing training records for proficiency and annual requirements.
  • Performing spot audits, assembly inspections and documentation review.
  • Ensuring activities are performed in accordance to written procedures, ISO9001, and cGMP's.
  • Conducting daily audits of production lines, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Ensuring a safe and healthy workplace for Associates; prioritizing safety goals and providing adequate information, resources, and support to deal with safety issues/concerns.
  • Evaluating/ implementing process improvement activities while following appropriate change control requirements.
  • Lift 50lbs minimum
  • Collaboration tools/ intermediate knowledge (IE: Microsoft Office Applications)

Preferred Experience:

  • Knowledge of Cleanrooms/single-use assemblies/product fabrication/
  • Lean manufacturing principles
