About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cleanroom Assembly Technician to join our team at Aleron. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for building, cleaning, and packaging various Single-Use assemblies in a cleanroom environment.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Build, clean, and package Single-Use assemblies according to Engineering Process Records (EPR), drawings, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
  2. Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) and report any near misses or first aid events.
  3. Follow cleanroom protocols and cGMPs to maintain an ISO Class 7 environment.
  4. Participate in the continuous improvement process and follow change control procedures.
  5. Escalate potential process and/or product deviations to prevent scrap, rework, and customer returns.
  6. Maintain a clean and organized work area and common areas.
  7. Assist with inventory accuracy by properly returning unused parts and components to stock.
  8. Work within ISO 9001:2015 quality standards guidelines and meet internal manufacturing schedules.
Requirements
  • High School completion or equivalent (GED)
  • At least 6 months of experience in production in a cleanroom environment
  • Preferred skills: 2 years of experience in production in a cleanroom environment, knowledge of Lean manufacturing, and ability to work in a team environment
