America's Favorite Jeweler, Ross-Simons (a division of Luxury Brand Holdings), is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist based in our Cranston, RI office.

This position is responsible for assisting the Gemology Department with managing the Quality Tracking Database and inspecting merchandise to ensure compliance with our quality standards.


JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage and track products that do not comply with quality standards and item specifications via the Quality Tracking Database.
  • Communicate with vendors to address quality issues and labeling and packaging compliance.
  • Review and respond to comments and complaints and resolve product information requests from Customer Service.
  • Monitor product return rates and customer reviews to assess and resolve product quality and fit issues.
  • Review quality reporting and inspect related inventory as needed.
  • Collaborate with merchants on product issues to determine the best course of action.
  • Function as the primary liaison between customer service and quality assurance teams, ensuring that both teams are aligned to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

EXPERIENCE AND REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Experience with jewelry preferred.
  • Excellent communication & time management skills with a positive, solutionoriented mindset.
  • A keen sense of initiative, taking ownership of projects and tasks, and proactively seeking opportunities to improve processes and work efficiencies.
  • Schedule: Onsite, Monday
