NEFC is one of New England's largest and most successful soccer programs is looking to hire energetic, reliable, caring, and enthusiastic coaches.

Our Junior Academy program teaches soccer to kids ages 4 to 9. Weekly classes are held across the Boston Metro area 5-8PM. We're currently hiring for our upcoming fall season which runs Sept. to early Nov.

What can you expect as an NEFC coach?

  • Flexible schedules that work around you, including weekends and evenings
  • A variety of convenient coaching locations around the area
  • Competitive hourly rates $20$30/hr
  • All equipment and Nike uniform will be provided
  • Our coaching curricula, session plans, games, and drills will be available to you
  • A great experience to add to your resume
  • The chance to inspire, motivate and educate hundreds of aspiring players

WorkExperience, Skill, and Ability:

  • Must have 3 years of previous coaching experience
  • Be over the age of 1
  • Preferred hold a recognized coaching qualification
  • Preferred hold a bachelor's degree or higher

  • Less than 10

  • 8PM
