Title - Facilities Coordinator

Client - Federal Home Loan Bank of New York

Duration - 6 Months contract

Location - 70 Hudson St Jersey City NJ

Flexibility to work in the New York Office as needed.

The schedule will be Monday through Friday 8:30AM – 5:00PM and the candidates should expect to work (5) days primarily in the New Jersey Office.

The candidate will support Facilities with the day-to-day functions, which include:

Floor inspections,

Processing invoices,

Scheduling messenger services

Administering mail,

Assisting with employee moves

And any additional ad hoc facility related issues that may arise.

The temp should possess good verbal and written communication skills.
