BSWH is looking for a Family Medicine Physician Leader to be part of our exceptional Tec Video Visit Family Medicine care program.
- The candidate will supervise our 24/7 virtual care clinic team that attends patients from all over Texas via video and e-visit.
- The Medical Director heads the clinical team, interacts with regional clinics, ensures care quality, supervises APPs, and engages in quality councils, among other responsibilities.
- This position offers a stable career with attractive benefits including a competitive salary, productivity bonus, relocation assistance, and no state income tax.
- Schedule: 0.60 FTE clinical and 0.20 FTE administrative, totaling 0.80 FTE.
- Location: Primary onsite duties in Temple, TX with some flexibility for remote work. Living within a commutable distance to Temple, TX is highly recommended.

- Doctorate Degree in Medicine
- Texas Medical Board License to Practice Medicine in Texas
- Board certification or active pursuit as per specialty board requirements
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experienced Provider with over 10 years in a Family Medicine Clinic
- Residence within a commutable distance to Temple, Texas
