We are seeking a highly skilled Molecular Laboratory Manager to oversee our fast-paced and dynamic molecular laboratory in central Texas. This is a full-service laboratory that offers a competitive hourly rate and comprehensive benefits.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree (required) or a Master's Degree (preferred) in Molecular Biology (MB) ASCP. Previous molecular laboratory leadership experience is strongly preferred.

As a Molecular Laboratory Manager, you will oversee 4 supervisors and approximately 20-30 full-time employees. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading a team of supervisors and laboratory staff
  • Ensuring compliance with laboratory regulations and standards
  • Developing and implementing laboratory policies and procedures
  • Managing laboratory operations and resources
