We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Manager to join our team in the automotive industry. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the security of our vehicles'electronic systems, software, and networks against cyber threats and vulnerabilities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including software engineers, hardware engineers, and designers to integrate security measures into the development lifecycle of our automotive products.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct security assessments and risk analysis of automotive systems, including embedded software, communication protocols, and vehicle networks.
  • Design and implement security solutions to mitigate identified risks and vulnerabilities.
  • Develop and maintain security requirements and specifications for automotive systems and components.
  • Collaborate with product development teams to integrate security controls and mechanisms into the design and implementation of automotive software and hardware.
  • Perform security testing, including penetration testing and vulnerability scanning, to identify and address potential weaknesses in automotive systems.
  • Monitor and analyze security events and incidents, and respond to security
    breaches or incidents as necessary.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in automotive cyber security, and provide recommendations for improving the security posture of our products.
  • Participate in security reviews and audits, both internally and externally, to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree or certifications in cyber security is a plus.
  • Proven experience in cyber security roles, with specific experience in automotive cyber security preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of security principles, protocols, and technologies, with a focus on embedded systems and network security.
  • Experience with security assessment tools and methodologies, such as threat modeling, risk analysis, and security testing.
  • Strong programming skills, preferably in languages commonly used in automotive software development
  • Familiarity with automotive communication protocols (e.g., CAN, LIN, Ethernet) and automotive standards (e.g., ISO 26262, SAE J3061).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Standard automotive protocol (CAN, Lin, Ethernet). SW like C, C++. AUTOSAR Knowledge is a plus.
  • Need to know how to handle penetration and vulnerability scanning (test).
