SUMMARY:
This is a time of transformation for Xbox and our digital marketing. As a key leader of Xbox's Digital Marketing team, the Senior Digital Marketing Xbox In-Product Campaign Manager will lead Game Pass campaigns across Xbox In-Product surfaces including console, pc, and mobile experiences

In this role, you will partner closely with Product Marketing on the strategy and execution of campaigns focused on driving Game Pass sign ups, upgrades, engagement, and retention.

Responsibilities include roadmap, audience, and priority alignment. Additionally, you will provide cross-functional guidance to members of the wider Digital Marketing organization that oversees customer experience, design, campaign execution, operations, experiments, and analytics

WHAT YOU'

LL DO:
Lead Digital Marketing campaigns across all endpoints. In addition, you'll recommend new campaign ideas, define audience strategy and ongoing testing plans
Drive ongoing testing, measurement, and campaign optimization across campaigns in partnership with Senior Marketing Content Marketing Lead, Analytics and Data Science teams
Continue to iterate new creative ideas to continue to push acquisition and engagement with core audiences across surfaces
Develop a consistent playbook for communicating campaign and creative executions with stakeholders across Digital Marketing and with 1st/3rd party partner teams
Contribute to the development of the Digital Marketing GTM plans including sharing creative executions and reporting on campaign performance

Typical Day in the Role:

Purpose of the Team:

The purpose of this team is managing marketing campaigns for a large gaming organization across all endpoints including console, mobile, PC, and the cloud.

The team manages end product campaigns, working with game partners and event partners, tracking campaigns, building creative aspects, messaging, target audience, and deploying campaigns

Key Projects:
This role will contribute to a gaming service. The role will work closely with marketers for this service on acquisition and retention of subscribers
Typical Task Breakdown and

Operating Rhythm:
The role will consist of 33% meetings, 33% heads down, 33% working with development teams

QUALIFICATIONS:
Preferred Qualifications

8+ years in product marketing, product management, paid media, digital merchandising, business strategy or programming
Strong understanding for developing digital campaigns that includes continuously iterating to drive better performance
Outstanding project management and time management
Strong partnership and collaboration skills
Strong communicator across all aspects of campaign development
Analytical mindset for continuous improvement
Understanding of subscriptions, entertainment, or technology business
Knowledge of consumer subscriptions services and content marketing

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

Candidate Requirements:
Years of Experience Required: 8-10+ overall years of experience in the field

Degrees or Certifications Required:
A college degree is required to be eligible for this role. Preferably in a related field such as marketing

Average:
The ideal resume would contain significant previous experience with paid media or digital merchandising experience. Previous experience managing web campaigns or websites and A/B testing is also a big plus. The ideal candidate is also a gamer

Performance Indicators:
Performance will be assessed based on quality of work, campaign results, collaboration with key stakeholders, and campaign results
Top 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience

Minimum 8 years' experience with marketing campaign development
Minimum 8 years' experience with copywriting/messaging
Minimum 6 years' experience with data analysis and optimization
