Role DescriptionJob Description:

The Marketing team at Seclore is critical to fueling the company's expansion and this role will be directly involved in demand generation campaigns that accelerate our customer growth in North America.

This role is responsible for all demand generation efforts, including strategy, scheduling, writing, and deploying campaigns.
The Marketing Campaign Manager is a data-driven marketer focused on lead creation with campaign efficiency at top of mind.

This role is responsible for executing compelling programs and campaigns that lead our users on a progression journey driving demand.

You'll support strategy for existing channels but also look for new channel opportunities and plan for media testing to optimize lead quality.

This role will work in partnership with Revenue Operations, Sales, Leadership, and Marketing Comms to develop on-brand and effective campaigns across many campaign types.

Primary Job ResponsibilitiesDevelop, launch and test omnichannel marketing campaigns through digital channels including email, webinars, paid ads, content syndication, and direct mail with a goal of growing demand among North American based enterprises.

Track and report key metrics; identify data-driven optimization opportunities and generate insights that will lead to optimized campaigns that achieve our goals.

Lead campaign planning and execution targeting accounts in specific verticals and target account lists.
Allocate budgets and analyze and recommend modifications to ad spend.

Collaborate with marketing teams to guide A/B creative tests, incrementality tests and spend scaling tests on campaigns to identify what works best.

Skills And QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent work experience3+ years of Business-to
  • Business marketing experience where North American enterprises have been the target audience.
3+ years of experience with leading marketing campaigns cross-functionally collaborating with other marketers and salespeople on the team.
Experience with multiple demand channels including webinars, paid search, paid social, and email to drive pipeline growth.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to create campaign materials, especially email campaigns, webinar landing pages, and ad copywriting.

Top-notch analytical skills with a proven ability to work through data and multiple attribution models to find opportunities and actionable insights and clearly communicate to a diverse set of stakeholders.

Work well cross functionally, building strong relationships to effectively partner across marketing teams and with leaders from sales, operations, marketing, and product.

A highly organized "doer" who can see the whole project through to completion with minimal oversight.
