Job Description

Infosys is in search for a Digital Program Manager role. As a Digital Program Manager, you will handle eCommerce for Infosys clients by working with various teams, driving and executing security remediation, and improvement workstreams. We are looking for experienced Program Managers with DTC/B2C/B2B ecommerce experience to collaborate with our consultants at thriving omnichannel retail organizations. Currently, we are seeking a competent senior program manager to oversee a portfolio of projects. In this position, you will gain valuable experience managing a high-profile ecommerce and marketing portfolio, closely working with the leadership team, directors, and their teams. This is a consulting role as part of a long-term ecommerce roadmap delivery program.

Responsibilities
  • Managing the entire portfolio of projects for Ecommerce and Marketing organizations
  • Planning and executing strategic and tactical ecommerce and marketing projects
  • Developing and delivering Project Management necessary to support projects
  • Overseeing high-level project sizing and execution by internal teams or external vendors
  • Detailed project planning, budget estimation and management, resource planning and assessment, financial planning and risk assessment
  • Implementing Project Management best practices and utilizing industry-standard tools and methodologies
  • Owning the financial position of all managed projects
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory directives
Required
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; substitute three years of experience for each year of education
  • 15+ years of experience in IT technology transformation & Operations program management
  • Position located in Brentwood, TN with potential travel or relocation requirements

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of Program Management experience, background in Application Development or Technical Project Management beneficial
  • PMI and/or PMP Certification a plus; MBA a plus
  • Skills in project planning, budget estimation and management, resource planning and assessment, financial planning and risk assessment
  • Knowledge of Project Management Methodology and Tools with a strong understanding of Project Management Disciplines
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Expertise in expectation management, influencing, and conflict resolution
  • Ability to collaborate across groups, build relationships, and manage efficiently in a matrix organization
  • Motivation skills to coach and train teams effectively
  • Advanced knowledge of product evaluation and selection in line with organizational needs and principles
  • Understanding of Ecommerce, Payments Processing, and OMS; familiarity with Payment processing systems & PCI
  • Organized, detail-oriented, with excellent communication skills and thriving in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to select and manage external vendors

The job involves sitting and working at a computer for extended periods, communication via telephone, email, or face-to-face. Travel may be required.
