Job Title: Project Manager

Work Location: Brentwood, TN (Hybrid – Onsite)

Required Experience: 07+ Years

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans including scope, schedules, resource allocation, and budgets.
  • Experience in managing customer projects and with vendor teams or knowledge.
  • Ability to manage end-to-end project life cycle and possess complete ownership of the project.
  • Project planning, scope management, release management, and other project management skills.
  • Experience in identifying, assessing, and managing project risks and issues, implementing effective mitigation strategies.
  • Proficiency with project management software and related tools, including JIRA, Trello, Asana, etc.
  • Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, time management, managing geographically dispersed teams, and solid organizational skills, including attention to detail.
  • Gather and analyze feedback to ensure project objectives are aligned with stakeholder expectations.
  • Working knowledge of change management and performance evaluation processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving, multitasking, analytical, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and deadlines.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Technical background in software development, Java, Angular, and AWS is a plus.
  • PMP certification will add as an advantage.
