This is a hybrid office-based/work-from-home position that will be responsible for executing and fixing scripts in Automation suite on the in-house BDD framework model.


Duties include:
(i) checking-in/rebasing/creating/reviewing code for any script changes into GIT repository; (ii) testing complex web-based software and mobile applications in a cross products, platform, and browser environment; (iii) supporting usability, end-to-end, user acceptance and regression testing; (iv) creating test plans and test cases based upon project needs; (v) working on data setup for End2End testing by understanding the Data model architecture; (vi) SDLC process and methodologies; (vii) designing and documenting test scripts based on business requirements, functional and technical requirements, user stories, and business use cases; (viii) troubleshooting issues and analyzing debug logs; and (ix) documenting, tracking, and validating defects in bug tracking system with clear summary, screenshots, expected behavior, actual behavior, and additional details.
This is a hybrid office-based/work-from-home position within the United States.

The employee can work remotely from within the United States but must be able to work in the Pittsburgh office up to five (5) days per week, as needed.

Must have a bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent degree) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a directly related field plus 5 years of post-baccalaureate and progressively responsible experience in a related position.

Must also have any experience with or knowledge of:
(i) Comprehensive understanding of SDLC process and methodologies; (ii) Test complex web based software and mobile applications in a cross products, platform and browser environment; (iii) Involve in usability, end-to-end, user acceptance and regression testing; (iv) Create test plans and test cases based upon project needs; (v) Work on Data setup for End2End testing by understanding the Data modal architecture; (vi) Design and document test scripts based on business requirements, functional and technical requirements, user stories and business use cases; (vii) Troubleshoot issues and analyze debug logs; (viii) Document, track, and validate defects in bug tracking system with clear summary, screenshots, expected behavior, actual behavior and additional details; (ix) Ability to execute and fix scripts in Automation suite on the in-house BDD framework model; (x) Check-in/Rebase/Create/Review code for any scripts changes into GIT repository; (xi) Collaborate with cross functional teams onsite and offshore; (xii) Daily scheduled and/or on-demand deployment support; and (xiii) Provide QE support for Production Launch.

Must be able and willing to travel domestically to various unanticipated employer and client locations to provide technical support up to 10%.This is a hybrid office-based/work-from-home position within the United States.

The employee can work remotely from within the United States but must be able to work in the Pittsburgh office up to five (5) days per week, as needed.
