About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Supplier Quality Engineering Manager to join our team at Philips North America. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading a team of Supplier Quality Engineering professionals in ensuring high-quality performance at our supplier partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement Supplier Quality Engineering activities and related documentation under direct supervision.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address quality issues at supplier sites.
  • Assist in the qualification of parts, identification of supplier processes for critical-to-quality (CTQ) parameters, and development of supplier process control plans.
  • Support research and development teams during product development by providing insights on manufacturability and integration.
  • Work as a quality gatekeeper for all documentation delivered as part of supplier transfer activities.
Requirements
  • 15+ years of experience in establishing and maintaining regulated supplier management systems.
  • Proven program management skills and experience with delivering tools/methods for establishing quality management systems (QMS) and intra-company quality agreements.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering.
  • Certification in ISO 13485:2016 and/or 21CFR Part 820.
