Job Title: Key Account Sales Consultant

Description:

  • Work to improve MSC's market position and drive revenue growth within Mid-Market customers
  • Manage a portfolio of customers and collaborate with internal teams to maximize sales opportunities
  • Utilize account planning tools and research to provide customers with valuable insights and differentiated solutions
  • Develop strong relationships with key customer stakeholders and identify new business opportunities
  • Drive momentum in the sales process and guide customers through the buying journey
  • Stay informed about industry trends and leverage knowledge to provide relevant solutions to customers
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to deliver expertise on products and solutions
  • Take control of the purchasing process and align stakeholders to drive consensus on solutions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Industrial Distribution, or equivalent experience
  • 2 years of successful experience in B2B sales preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt to changes and overcome obstacles
