At Idlers Home located in San Luis Obispo, we are excited to announce an opening for a Sales Consultant role. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in representing our company, addressing customer inquiries about our products and services.

Your primary responsibilities will involve ensuring customer satisfaction, expanding your knowledge of our latest products, services, and company policies, as well as handling customer complaints with a focus on retaining their loyalty through exceptional service. In addition, you will oversee the store's overall presentation, including displays, product organization, and maintaining a neat sales floor.



Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers and provide them with product information
- Guide customers to relevant merchandise in the store
- Maintain a well-organized store appearance
- Demonstrate strong product knowledge
- Contribute to achieving departmental sales targets on a regular basis
