Commonwealth's Transition squad is a skilled, driven, and fun group scattered across the country, all pulling in the same direction. As the face of the firm, this department excels at making remarkable first impressions that set the stage for solid bonds. As an RIA transition consultant, your mission will be to guide fee-only advisors and RIA firms towards Commonwealth, as well as help existing Commonwealth advisors move towards a fee-only or RIA model, known as Glidepath. You'll collaborate with advisors and different departments to craft and execute a transition plan smoothly. Acting as the main point of contact for advisors, you'll liaise with your team and others to ensure a seamless transition experience. Customer satisfaction is at the core of our service, going above and beyond to provide answers, solve issues, and nurture strong relationships.
Key Responsibilities
