Key Responsibilities:
  • Economic Growth: Drive business expansion by creating client roadmaps to spot new business opportunities for ICF services and ServiceNow licenses. Present solutions to potential clients in a clear and compelling manner, collaborating with both tech and non-tech staff. Work on proposals and oral presentations detailing technical aspects, implementation plans, timelines, and cost estimates.
  • Innovation: Lead in the design and launch of inventive ServiceNow solutions aligning with ICF's market strategy. Develop the Practice's reputation in the ServiceNow sphere, establishing our organization as a thought leader.
  • Talent Development: Keep updated on the latest ServiceNow advancements and industry trends, fostering the growth of our ServiceNow talent pool. Mentor and coach team members, pinpointing career paths aligned with business goals. Lead the mentorship program for technical practitioners and ServiceNow architects.
  • Delivery Excellence: Design implementation frameworks for quality and consistent delivery while supporting marketing strategies. Introduce new methodologies and best practices to elevate delivery standards across the Practice.

Potential Travel Requirement: Up to 10% travel to client sites may be necessary.

Required Skills and Certifications:

Looking for candidates with 12+ years of experience in implementing or architecting ServiceNow and similar SaaS solutions. A must-have is a ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect or Certified Master Architect. US Citizenship is mandatory for this role.

Certifications in various key areas are preferred, such as Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer, and more.
