Responsibilities:
- Create, implement, and maintain systems to support a disciplined school culture.
- Utilize scholar data to drive positive culture and support plans.

- Implement management practices and individualized plans.
- Take responsibility for student progress as part of the leadership team.
- Communicate effectively with students, families, and colleagues.
- Lead Scholar Support Team meetings and provide coaching support for staff.
- Manage behavior programs and incentives.
Salary and Benefits: Salary starts at $98,700, commensurate with experience. Democracy Prep offers a benefits package including medical, vision, and dental insurance, 403B matching, parental leave, smartphone, and laptop.
