Responsibilities:
  • Perform general maintenance on building and facility systems
  • Conduct repairs on electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
  • Work on woodwork, wall repairs, carpeting, and more
  • Maintain mechanical equipment and logs as per company policies
  • Prepare and submit reports as needed

Qualifications:
Experience in a hotel, inn, or resort maintenance role is preferred. Vocational skills in carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical work are essential. The ideal candidate should have a welcoming personality, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Shift flexibility, strong communication skills, and a passion for guest satisfaction are key.

Compensation:
The compensation range for this position is $20.00/Yr. - $24.00/Yr., based on qualifications and experience.
