Your responsibilities will include:
We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician who is detail-oriented and motivated to enhance our team. This role involves a variety of maintenance tasks, including the installation, upkeep, and repair of equipment, HVAC systems, painting, wall repairs, tile work, and managing the preventative maintenance program for our facilities. Collaboration with various team members is essential, so adaptability and a positive attitude are key.

Key Duties:
- Conduct general maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems within the facility.
- Perform electrical repairs on appliances, wiring, air conditioning systems, and related components.
- Address plumbing issues, including repairs to fixtures, piping, and drainage systems.
- Repair woodwork, wall coverings, doors, windows, and flooring as needed.
- Execute mechanical maintenance on pumps, compressors, water heaters, and other equipment.
- Maintain accurate records as per company policies, including logs of completed tasks and reports for supervisors.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a maintenance role within a hospitality environment.
- Knowledge of general repair skills, including carpentry, electrical work, and plumbing.
- A welcoming and engaging personality.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to perform under pressure in a dynamic environment.
- A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical capability to walk, stand, reach, crouch, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift.
