Job Summary:

Prepare and serve food to patients and employees.

Detailed Description:

  • Perform a variety of food service duties, including food preparation, barista, server, catering, and cashier
  • Prepare and transport patient trays
  • Work in a variety of food production areas, including dining rooms, public areas, and other nourishment areas while following food safety standards, infection control, and guidelines
  • Handle food products and food waste in both patient and retail environments
  • Maintain and operate food equipment in a safe manner
  • Keep equipment and area clean, sanitized, restocked, and in good working condition

Preferred Qualifications:

High School Degree or equivalent is preferred. Prefer obtainment of University of Missouri Food Handler's Certificate within one month of hire.
