As an Event Service Attendant, you will be responsible for delivering food and beverages to guests in a polite and welcoming manner, adhering to established standards of service and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and clear tables in banquet settings.
  • Take food and beverage orders and accurately input them into the point of service system.
  • Collect orders from food preparation areas, ensuring proper presentation and quality.
  • Assist with additional food and beverage tasks such as bartending and bussing during busy periods or staff shortages.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction levels and strive to enhance overall service quality.
  • Adhere to safety protocols, utilizing protective equipment and following MSDS and OSHA guidelines.
  • Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction throughout the service experience.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a serving role.
  • Proficient in operating a POS system.
  • Basic math skills for accurate guest check totals and change handling.
  • Full availability for scheduling.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
  • Capability to lift up to 25 lbs.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
