Human Resources Generalist

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to the HR department in compliance, training and development, and payroll administration.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and payroll, with expertise in ADP payroll systems.
The primary focus will be on ensuring compliance with HR regulations, developing and implementing training programs, and providing exceptional support to new and existing employees, as well as Payroll processing.
Responsibilities:
Compliance:
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws, regulations, and guidelines.
Conduct audits and reviews to ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and regulations.
Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with changing laws and regulations.
Provide guidance and support to employees on HR policies, procedures, and regulations.
Training and Development:
Develop and implement training programs for new and existing employees.
Design and deliver training sessions on HR policies, procedures, and regulations.
Conduct new employee orientation sessions.
Provide ongoing support to employees to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their job duties.
Payroll Administration:
Process payroll bi-weekly using ADP payroll system.
Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll, including benefits administration.
Maintain accurate records of payroll transactions, benefits, and employee data.
Troubleshoot payroll issues and resolve discrepancies.
Employee Support:
Provide exceptional support to new and existing employees on HR-related matters.
Answer employee questions and concerns regarding HR policies, procedures, and regulations.
Assist employees with benefits enrollment and administration.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate records of employee data, including personnel files, performance evaluations, and benefits enrollment.
Develop and maintain reports to track employee data, turnover rates, and other HR metrics.
Participate in special projects as assigned by the HR Manager.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources and Payroll administration.
Experience with ADP payroll system.
Strong understanding of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
SHRM-CP or PHR certification.
Experience in a similar role in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of HR software systems
