Position Title: Multi-Site Human Resources Manager

Location: Lexington, KY

Hours: Monday to Friday, 7-4 or 8-5pm, Hybrid

Salary Range: $70-80k

Benefits: Mileage Reimbursement, 10% Bonus eligible medical, dental, vision, vacation, sick, floating holidays, paid holidays


Join our client's team as a Multi-Site Human Resources Manager and immerse yourself in a dynamic role where you'll work alongside a diverse group of individuals with internal mobility opportunities abound In this role you'll provide essential HR guidance and leadership to regional teams while collaborating closely with their Center of Excellence on various HR functions, ensuring the continued success and growth of their workforce.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop strong relationships with regional business leaders and associates
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
  • Monitor employment standards and practices for efficiency and effectiveness
  • Support business needs through engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
  • Respond promptly to associate concerns and complaints, recommend suitable actions
  • Assist leaders with corrective action and performance management
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws
  • Advise leaders on policy matters and recommend necessary changes
  • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality
  • Review compensation information and make recommendations
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition on workforce labor plans and recruiting activities
  • Support successful onboarding and new hire training
  • Conduct compliance initiatives and unemployment claim processing
  • Regularly audit HR data integrity
  • Contribute to the implementation of HR strategy and change initiatives
  • Develop and deliver training as needed
  • Lead associate engagement initiatives and retention activities
  • Other projects and duties as assigned


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or Finance
  • Organized Labor experience preferred
  • HR certification (PHR, SPHR) preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of related HR experience
  • Strong customer focus, business acumen, and digital proficiency
  • Team player with strong collaboration skills
  • Change agility and results orientation
  • Global mindset and strategic thinking
  • Self-starter with ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
