This role is a permanent opportunity for a developing HR professional to join a growing retail organisation within the South of the Country. This would be a good opportunity for an experienced HR Engagement Officer to support a national business in their employee focused initiative. Our client is a national business within the Retail Industry based in Berkshire. This role will be working fairly standalone due to location however working within a close knit team with a focus on employee experience and developing the employee offering. You will be able to manage your own diary and keep yourself accountable to deadlines. Description The Regional Human Resources Partner will be responsible for: HR lifecycle Administration - Supporting the wider HR team with all administrative duties surrounding the employee lifecycle from onboarding through to offboarding Inductions - Administration and booking of the events as well as some delivery of the content Employee Engagement and Experience - Sitting as the specialist within the team for the employee engagement piece you will build relationships with all employees within your region and meet with them to discuss challenges, achievements, what you can do to improve their experience, personal development and more. Adhoc Project work supporting the Head of HR - this could be within generalist HR, Rewards Offerings, System implementations etc Coaching line managers with their people management skills while supporting them through the lifestyle and finding areas where they can be upskilled through training courses Adhoc ER case management on any smaller cases Profile The ideal Regional Human Resources Partner will have the following skills/qualities: Experienced HR professional developed within their career Confident to operate standalone and manage their own diary Comfortable with speaking to individuals they don't know and able to build relationships with them Demonstrable HR experience and knowledge with the ability to look beyond a process/procedure if need be Discrete, and able to maintain high levels of confidentiality and diplomacy High level of accuracy with excellent attention to detail Flexible approach to workload in a busy environment Full UK Driving licence Job Offer The Regional Human Resources Partner will receive:
