The Role:


As the VP of Operations, you will be the steward of our communities, ensuring they operate in alignment with our values, mission, and regulatory standards.

Your responsibilities will span from human resources management to budget oversight, from maintaining high occupancy to fostering resident satisfaction. With your leadership, our communities will continue to flourish as beacons of compassionate care and joyful living.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare, gerontology, business, or related field preferred; or equivalent experience
  • Five or more years of management experience in senior living communities
  • Passion for working with seniors and delivering exceptional care
  • Multisite management experience preferred
  • Proficiency in financial management and regulatory compliance
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to travel as needed

  • Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets to ensure fiscal responsibility and maximize revenue.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee all aspects of community operations, from maintenance to risk management.
