As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face and voice of our company, responsible for delivering exceptional service to our valued customers.

This role is crucial in maintaining and enhancing our reputation for superior customer satisfaction. You will be the liaison between our clients and our technical teams, ensuring seamless communication.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate service appointments and dispatch technicians according to customer needs and availability. Maintain an organized schedule to optimize service delivery.
  • Listen to customer concerns and work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve issues promptly. Provide updates to customers on the status of service requests.
  • Accurately document customer interactions, service requests, and resolutions in our CRM system. Keep detailed records for future reference and reporting purposes.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the HVAC industry, is desirable but not mandatory. Training will be provided.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to convey technical information in an understandable manner.
  • Strong problemsolving skills with the ability to think on your feet and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Detailoriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and appointments simultaneously.

Pay:
From $20.00 per hour
