  • Must be awesome at opening doors and getting appointments from a cold start.
  • Must be highly self-motivated, a terrific presenter, and a great communicator.

Responsibilities:

  • Solicitation and qualification of sales appointments.
  • Keeping current daily records of contacts to maintain a solicitation record and for re-solicitation.
  • Maintain and recommend updates of materials and registers used in the identification and solicitation of clients.
  • Computer skills include the ability to navigate the internet, email, Microsoft office.
  • Works with owner and regional sales team in meeting appointment objectives and maintains a system to trade performance against objectives.
  • Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Production Job

Responsibilities:

  • To effectively manage crew schedules.
  • To effectively motivate and supervise production staff.
  • To coordinate the security, maintenance and repairs of all company vehicles and production equipment, in conjunction with the QA manager.
  • To order inventory, secure and distribute all production supplies, tools and equipment. Inspect production vehicles to assure all necessary products and equipment needed to perform any ServiceMaster Clean services that may arise.
  • To be responsible for general security, maintenance, and operation of warehouse and building.
  • To assist General Manager in specific areas as required.
  • Maintain Health & Safety and Environmental Standards

Physical Demands and Qualifications:

  • Constant (up to 100%) standing, walking, pushing, kneeling, twisting, reaching
  • Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 25lbs.
  • Must have an eye for detail
  • Ability to differentiate between cleaning products and uses
  • 1-2 years' experience as a custodian, janitor, or housekeeper a plus but not required
  • Will provide on the job training to those with strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
  • The ability to be flexible and work at a fast pace in a multi-tasked job is a must.
  • Contribute to a positive work climate with a pleasant attitude
  • Contribute to the overall team effort including being in uniform, dependable and on time
