Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Reach out to potential customers to showcase our products, equipment, and capabilities. Create customized recommendations and cost estimates to fulfill their requirements.
  • Product Knowledge: Keep abreast of industry trends and product advancements. Maintain enthusiasm for our product range and effectively communicate its value to customers.
  • Customer Service: Coordinate with operations to swiftly address customer service issues. Foster open communication channels to ensure customer happiness.
  • Performance Analysis: Evaluate job performance, execution, and historical production data. Offer valuable insights to the company on customer needs, market trends, competition, and technological progress.
  • Innovation: Devise new techniques, theories, and engineering practices to fortify our industry dominance. Contribute suggestions for continuous enhancement and expansion.
  • Brand Ambassador: Uphold a positive and professional image of the company at all times. Externally convey the company's objectives and values to establish trust and credibility.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in industries such as Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC, Engineering, Construction, Controls, Service, Sales, or Design.
  • Must be strategic, self-driven, and highly organized with exceptional communication abilities.
  • A strong team player capable of working independently towards shared objectives.
  • Proficient in handling deadlines with outstanding multitasking skills.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regionally, up to 25% of the time.
