Our client is a leading manufacturer and supplier of high quality, innovative products to the building industry whose main clients are architectural practices, builders and contractors. They have extensive international coverage and now have an excellent opportunity for a Technical Sales Manager to join them on a permanent basis to cover the region of North East England that includes Sheffield, Leeds and Newcastle. This is a home based job but will require regular client meetings in order to grow your network and win orders.

**Requirements:-**

This role requires excellent written and verbal communication skills, negotiation and contracts experience and the ability to understand architectural drawings and specifications. Our client would particularly welcome an application from you if you have experience working with flat roofing and have a proven track record of sales achievements.

**Remuneration:**

They are proud of their team mentality and you will be supported in achieving your targets, but you will need to bring your own ambition and drive to be successful in this role. There is an excellent basic salary which is relative to your previous experience and you will receive a laptop, car and commission scheme.
