The primary function of the Field Sales Person- Stationary Power is to develop new customers to sell Stationary Power Solutions
Represent Viking Power in a professional manner Maintain a positive attitude and act in a moral and ethical manner Sell all facets of Stationary Power to existing motive power customers, customers of Shoppa's Toyota and New customers developed by the individual salesperson. Be clear and concise in communication to other departments. Have a can-do attitude to help the success of the team. Assist the team in learning and leading with new technologies. Assist Management in developing new sales strategies for new markets. Maintain positive working relationships with staff and company managers as well as all customers Actively promote safety and the enforcement of safety rules and policies, including the proper disposal of hazardous waste or scrap parts and materials All other duties as assignedQualifications
High School Diploma: Tech school, military equivalent or other relevant related experience, EE, PQE Preferred 2-10 years in Stationary Power/ Critical Power Sales preferred Demonstrated useful knowledge in Critical/ Stationary Power products and their applications Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions regarding technical issues found at customers sites. Understanding of Single Phase and Three Phase Power, DC Power, Chargers and Service Proficient in MS Office Suite-
