Description:

+ Maintain financial records, processing transactions, and supporting the preparation of financial reports

+ Assist with ME, QE, and YE close duties (including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements)

+ Input financial transactions into internal databases, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable standards

+ Assist in managing invoices and payments, including processing accounts payable and receivable

+ Perform monthly reconciliations of company bank accounts to ensure accuracy of financial information

+ Assist with tax filings and audit as needed

+ Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts

+ Help analyze variances between actual financial results and budgeted forecasts

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Associate Degree required, Bachelors Degree preferred in Accounting or Finance

2-4 years of relatable experience within accounting
