Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), the Cash Flow Manager will be responsible for optimizing cash flow, ensuring liquidity for daily operations, and forecasting future financial needs.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement cash management policies and procedures to ensure efficient cash flow operations.
  • Monitor daily cash balances and manage cash flow projections.
  • Forecast cash flow positions, related borrowing needs, and available funds for investment.
  • Analyze variances in cash flow and provide recommendations to improve liquidity.
  • Manage relationships with financial institutions to optimize banking services and fees.
  • Evaluate, recommend, and implement electronic banking technologies.
  • Prepare and present cash flow reports, budgets, and forecasts to senior management.
  • Monitor and reconcile bank statements and cash accounts.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with accounting and finance teams to support month-end and year-end close processes.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to junior staff members in the cash management function.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Cash Flow Manager, Treasury Manager, or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of cash management principles, practices, and technologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior management and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
