  • Must have Implementation and Support experience on Project Accounting, Project Costing and Billing modules.
  • Experience in functional configurations and requirements management, BR100 and functional testing of Project costing & billing and project accounting and its integration with Oracle EBS Finance modules in AR & Billing.
  • Support month end/quarter end business processes, accounting period closure & reports, client billing and AR batch processes.
  • Manage Functional aspects of EBS Finance Project Accounting, and Billing modules
  • Develop and support Business Process / Standard Process
  • Understand custom built applications and extend functional support
  • Help QA team during Integration testing
  • Attend daily and weekly meetings with Onshore and other stakeholders
Roles & Responsibilities

  • Support for client billing (OLB invoice worksheets, Oracle Invoice Dispatch(OID), GFS billing support)
  • Support for CTC batch processing: Monitor Daily / Weekly jobs, clear exceptions, etc.
  • Support GFS

Cash Receipts:
Monitor Lockboxes, Create SR's for receipt exceptions, Data fixes for Unbalanced Receipts, etc.

  • Support for Advanced Collections (Statements & Dunning) for daily processing
  • Regression testing for quarterly patches and Jira tickets (enhancements & break / fix)
  • Perform PA & AR

Month End Close:
Day 1 and - US EST Hours

  • Service Central Ticket Support
