Key Responsibilities:
- Email & SMS: Manage database communications, convert leads, drive calls, educate, and improve engagement metrics linked to sales.
- Content Creation: Produce high-quality copy, images, and videos regularly. Implement best practices, challenge assumptions, and test strategies.
- Content Management: Ensure up-to-date and accurate content across all platforms. Enhance website content and live chat services.
- Social Media: Develop and execute social media strategies, monitor performance, and enhance our online presence.
- Willingness to Tackle New Challenges & Duties: Be open to taking on new tasks to support team objectives.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in marketing with a focus on email/SMS campaigns, social media, and content creation.
- Skills: Proficiency in enterprise email/SMS platforms, WordPress, live chat tools, and business intelligence software. Experience with AI content creation tools and social media platforms. Strong grasp of basic business applications.
- Soft skills: Ability to multitask, collaborate, and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Knowledge: Deep expertise in marketing with a keen interest in news, politics, and finance.
