Responsibilities
Website Management - add/manage and write content for client websites
Social Media posts and promotions (Facebook, Instagram, X, youtube, etc)
Reputation Management (review responses across multiple websites
Monthly analytics and reporting (Google Analytics and other platforms)

Qualifications

MUST
Be a self-starter and ability to track down answers online and by phone when needed
Be extremely detail-oriented and able to proof read accurately
Have reliable internet access, computer and phone
Be comfortable with learning new products and troubleshooting tech/web issues

Experience working with a variety of social media platforms and generating content that is compelling for users based on client promotions, holidays, etc.

Excellent written communication skills with outstanding grammar for generating and editing content
Strong project management and organization skills
Ability to analyze data, identify trends and present key findings

IDEALLY
Previous PR, Marketing, Writing, Design experience a plus
Some basic design skills (crop photos, add a logo to an image etc.)
Some knowledge of SEO and how content plays a role in it
