At SPE, the Domestic Home Ent. Manager plays a crucial role in the FP&A team, handling tasks such as financial budgeting, quarterly forecasts, and multi-year plans. They collaborate with commercial and marketing teams, coordinate with various departments, and prepare detailed reports for management.
Responsibilities:- Prepare financial budgets, forecasts, and plans (P&L, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet).
- Track performance against budgets and forecasts, analyze variances.
- Coordinate with accounting, credit, and commercial teams.
- Assist with special projects and analyses.
- 5+ years of FP&A experience in media/entertainment/distribution.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance. MBA/CPA preferred.
- Experience in process transformation and data organization.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, data analytics tools.
- Understanding of GAAP and experience with financial systems.
The base salary for this position ranges from $95,000 to $130,000 annually, along with incentives and benefits. Actual salary depends on qualifications, experience, and location. Sony Pictures Entertainment is an equal opportunity employer, considering applicants without bias.
