Amazon Studios LLC, a leader in original film and television production, is seeking a Finance Associate to join the Finance Team dedicated to the Scripted Productions division. This position will play a crucial role in supporting financial operations and production management within the studio.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary liaison between various original series productions and the finance team at Amazon Studios
  • Facilitate the onboarding of production accounting teams while ensuring compliance with financial protocols
  • Work collaboratively with Line Producers, Production Managers, and Accounting Personnel

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in finance or similar sectors
  • At least 2 years of experience in entertainment finance and production accounting
  • Proficient in MS Excel and database management systems
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities
  • Self-motivated, analytical, proactive, and capable of working independently
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Advanced knowledge of production accounting software
