About Our Team: The Customer Service Platform (CSP) is a team that consolidates the technological resources of the company's internal customer service system. Our aim is to offer users efficient self-service solutions and equip agents with user-friendly tools to enhance the customer service experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Familiarize yourself with the E-Commerce customer service sector; comprehend the preferences and requirements of US customers, sellers, and customer service representatives
  • Conduct user investigations and usability tests; liaise with relevant teams to gather business insights and feedback
  • Lead US function enhancements while respecting user privacy and business integrity; devise product strategies, and collaborate with other departments to implement projects
  • Chart product development plans, guide the team in making informed choices
  • Support in platform product development; promptly address and escalate customer issues, empathize with US users' pain points, and ensure satisfactory outcomes
  • Establish effective communication and collaboration protocols, including managing product requirements and information flow

Qualifications:

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Minimum 4 years' experience as a product manager, with a background in customer service
  • Proven track record working in complex, global organizations in cross-functional settings
  • Demonstrate a strong sense of empathy and insight, with a profound understanding of user needs
  • Proficient in product design and logical reasoning, capable of devising comprehensive solutions
  • Excellent problem-solving capabilities and prioritization skills
  • Possess proactive attitude, take ownership, and ensure results are delivered
  • Strong cross-border, cross-functional communication skills
