Job DescriptionEssential Duties & Responsibilities
- Providing training to users on system operations and new processes
- Conducting user perspective testing on integrations and engaging in software pilots
- Managing Program Management Database security, user profiles, custom fields, statuses, and forms
- Overseeing the CAFM (Computer Aided Facility Management) System for Facility Tabular and Spatial Data
- Addressing software requirements, developing solutions, and ensuring the upkeep of software and hardware systems
- Creating and adjusting custom reports
Minimum Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited college or university, preferably with a bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or Information Technology
- At least 2 years of professional experience working with ESRI, CAD, or other 2D/3D Software
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in large-scale construction data integration with an Enterprise Program Management Software
- Minimum 5 years of experience in data processing and software management within construction projects
- Familiarity with construction industry organization, terminology, financial structures, and workflows
- Experience in creating technical work instructions and training construction staff at different project levels
The compensation offered will be determined based on various factors, such as education, qualifications, experience, and location. The salary range for this role is between $76,000.00 and $91,000.00.
